Curriculum
We aim to provide a nurturing, loving and caring environment that will stimulate growth in cognitive, social emotional and physical development. We intend to achieve these goals through the Creative Curriculum with real life exposure as often as possible. The Creative Curriculum allows us to design a high-quality home-based program that is responsive to the needs of children from birth to age 12.
Assessments
In efforts to meet all the developmental needs of each child, we will do regular observations. The observations will be used to help with assessing children’s stregths and weaknesses.
Transitions
In efforts to help children and families with transitions we will work closely with families to assist them with the transition, offering pre-exposure to the new setting at least once. We will work very closely with families to aid in a smooth transition is to Kindergarten. Families will be given a kindergarten readiness packet which has resources about how to handle the transitions for both parents and children.
